What was the highlight of Hotel Tops 10
It was good but could be perfect with some little details !
The view was beautiful everywhere, restaurants inside the hotel, beach is 5min drive, staff is very friendly. The kid room is small but good ! Swimming pool pretty big and convenient with a kid pool.
The breakfast is pricy with a lot of choice, unfortunately I would have prefer less choice and better quality (a lot of frozen food). We went to the restaurant "Sky lounge" and the food was good except fries, we spent 22 000 wons for frozen french fries... it's not that hard to make homemade french fries and for this price I think it's a must ;) Also kids room opening only at 10am... kids usually wake up early so 8am at least would be great. And to finish, we were told my son (48 months - 4 yo) couldn't come with me to the swimming pool's women lockers room and my husband wasn't planning to come with us... 4yo is way too young to go to the men's lockers room by his own, we didn't understand this rule ??

What was the highlight of Hotel Tops 10
A perfect getaway in a great location.
The location of the hotel is excellent and has a wonderful view from the top of the cliff overlooking the sea. All of the facilities are excellent. We didn't have time to use the pool or spa facilities, but overall it was clear that it is a very highly equipped hotel. I think it is a very good choice for couples or families with children. We travelled by car and the hotel was easy to find. There is a large car park outside and undeground parking if you want to keep your car out of the sun or rain. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the train station if you come by train. The first impression of the hotel is very good, the lobby area is huge and very bright. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the reception staff were very polite and friendly. We had a great room with an amazing view. Everything was very comfortable. There is a convenience store in the floor below the main lobby if you need to buy anything. The breakfast was maybe a little more expensive than I was expecting, but it was a buffet and there was a large choice of things to eat, both Korean and Western food and the service of the restaurant staff was efficient. The restaurant was also very spacious. I also really enjoyed walking around the gardens in the morning, they were very peaceful and very beautifully maintained.
There was nothing that was a problem, everything was great and easy to do.
